This is the first release of iMessage/SMS and Notification support over Bluetooth. Merged in #10
Please note this is early beta quality and not much more than a "it works on my machine".
I have tested on a handful of iPhones and laptop hardware and fixed all of the MANY issues that came up with the differences. But you may still feel the rough edges.
I tried to make setup as easy as possible but it does take some work:
- bluetoothd has to be running in "experimental" mode
- BlueZ has to advertise the Linux box as an A/V Handsfree device instead of a Computer
- Pairing with the iPhone can be a bit finicky: three permissions toggles in the settings screen and can take several minutes to appear
