- Pull to refresh's bubble stopped part of the way down and sat there for a second or two,
and often didn't reload: once the fingers lift, macOS goes on sending scroll events of next
to nothing while the page bounces back, which kept the pull going, and Firefox passes on
less of a pull than expected once the page is bouncing. Only real movement keeps a pull
going now, so the bubble lets go as soon as you do, and it's full after a shorter pull.
