- Dragging a tab lagged more in 2.119.0 than before (#566): its change to move the list
once a frame left the dragged tab trailing the pointer where the frames come slower than
the moves, as on Windows. That change is undone; 2.119.0's other two (less layout work
as a drag starts, and the page measured once a drag) stay. Thanks ryee123123.
