Hide pinned-tab slash (off by default): no slash between the icon and the
name of a pinned tab that's moved off its page. Its icon still takes it back.
Fixed
The window's buttons (minimise, maximise, close) show in split view, at the
end of the top-right pane's toolbar: they were in the main toolbar, which a
split hides (#524, thanks @Arcrous).
