Fix issue on UpperCase/LowerCase in Destination Name

Fix a problem with the destination name:
When the name is a compound noun and one of the values ​​is uppercase, we do not change the first letter to uppercase and the rest to lowercase if there is an lowercase letter in the full name.
For example we have "Jardin Parisien" and "Jardin PARISIEN': in this case we do not change PARISIEN and it is considered as 2 different destinations.
