Smart Auto-Unified Mode — MCP tool overhead reduced from ~18K to ~2.3K tokens per session. lean-ctx now detects the connecting IDE/agent during MCP initialization and automatically switches to Unified Mode (5 tools instead of 24) for 33+ known clients: Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, VS Code Copilot, Cline, Roo Code, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Codex, Zed, JetBrains, Amazon Q, Goose, AmpCode, and more. Unknown clients safely fall back to full 24 tools.
Enhanced ctx() meta-tool — Description now includes all 21 sub-tools with parameter signatures.
LEAN_CTX_FULL_TOOLS=1 — New env var to force full 24-tool mode.
