• Dashboard flicker-free live updates — KPI values, charts, and tables now update in-place without page flicker. Charts update data arrays instead of being destroyed and recreated. Polling interval reduced from 10s to 3s

• lean-ctx gain --live — Live terminal dashboard mode. Refreshes in-place every 2s without scrolling. Ctrl+C to exit
