For Mac Users
If the global media control key doesn't work, please go to [System Preference]->[Security & Privacy]->[Accessibility]. Click the lock at left-bottom corner and input your password. Trying uncheck and then check YouTube Music Desktop App in the list. After doing that, you may relaunch this App. If it still doesn't work, you'd better check whether other application has already taken it.
