Fix fullScan missing 80% of checks + dark theme + Amnezia VPN
Critical: fullScan was skipping profile detection, /proc/net/tcp,
DirectSigns/IndirectSigns findings, Clash API, auth probes, and
used a simplified buildFindings() instead of the full findings logic.
Fix: extracted shared doScan(fullRange) method — both quickScan and
fullScan now execute identical 14-phase pipeline. The only difference
is scanKnownPorts() vs scanFullRange().
Dark theme: replaced hardcoded light-mode colors (0xFFFFF3E0, 0xFFE8F5E9)
with alpha-blended universals that work in both light and dark modes.
Removed alpha from card backgrounds for better dark readability.
Added Amnezia VPN (org.amnezia.vpn) to known VPN apps + manifest queries.
