- Disables "Reset player on midroll" by default since Twitch can now deliver ads after player resets and VAFT sometimes conflicts with this option turned on.
Note: I am still waiting for Mozilla to sign the XPI file for this release. In the meantime, Firefox users should use the v1.9.0 version and disable the "Reset player on midroll" feature in the extension's options.
