Bug Fixes

• Gateway: Fail over correctly when a stream ends with finish_reason: "error" (#2471).
• Gateway: Retry requests without service_tier when a LiteLLM relay rejects priority (#3978).
• Gateway: Stop treating Azure’s “invalid encrypted summary” as foreign reasoning (#3994).
• Provider & GUI: Fixed budget totals in listings and prevented provider model fetching from exceeding them (#4065).
• Library: Turning RTK off now matches the setting Claude actually stores (#2879).
• Plugins: Updating an unfixed Git source now re-resolves the branch instead of keeping the locked old commit (#2954).
