Bug Fixes

• Fixed group failover when a relay reaches its input limit for a single request. (#2445)
• Fixed event streaming so appended content no longer starts with an unexpected blank line. (#2446)
• Fixed the panel row name width so it stays consistent next to long model summaries. (#2447)
