Bug Fixes

• Fixed Devin authentication status failures or timeouts incorrectly logging users out, which caused providers and routes to disappear intermittently.
• Fixed overlapping text in routing results where effort labels like "high" could cover the response time (e.g., "7.1 秒").
• Fixed a Windows build issue when running tests with the nogui tag.

Improvements

• Increased the Devin budget query timeout from 10 seconds to 30 seconds to reduce timeout failures.
