- 改进：Providers 页面在数据加载完成前显示骨架屏加载动画，不再是一片空白。
- Fix: a ChatGPT Free account got a 400 from Codex models through magpie. The Codex model list came from Codex CLI's local cache — possibly another account's, or none — so a Free account was offered models its plan doesn't have. Refreshing models now asks ChatGPT, with that account's own sign-in, which models it really has.
- The Providers page shows a loading skeleton until its data is in, instead of a blank page.
