Improvements
- Reduced repeated work by caching catalog data, provider groups, auth files, provider information, and retired status for short periods.
- Session files are now read incrementally, only changed files are reopened, and read buffers match the remaining file size.
- Usage statistics now reuse a single session summary instead of rebuilding and copying large lists for each request.
- Response history and affinity data are now saved periodically rather than on every answer.
- Plugin streamed responses now process reply chunks more efficiently, avoiding extra JSON decoding and byte copies.
- The GUI window reads its state once instead of twice, and gateway session lists omit day data unless stats need it.
- Long request bodies are processed once, and web search can inspect a body without copying or parsing it for providers that handle search on their own.
- Startup warm-up reads Codex effort data only when Codex sessions exist.
