Aggregation Mode

Breaking: SP1 is upgraded to v6.9.0 (circuit v6.1.0). The gateway now only accepts SP1 v6 compressed proofs generated with sp1-sdk >= 6.1.0. SP1 v5 and v6.0.x proofs are rejected, so re-prove and resubmit them.

Update agg_mode_sdk to tag = "v0.22.0" and reinstall agg_mode_cli.
New SP1 chunk aggregator program VK: 0x0061c444469abe7ad6f69c7fc39747f5f417a0cf193c228cb94114028c0d3757.
