Fixed several major bugs
Settings now will be preserved between version (note: this version will create new settings,future upgrades will re-use those settings, but you will need to reconfigure you presets in this version manually)
Added more tooltips to help people with disabilities navigate the program #530. I will continue to add more hints to different controls in the future, but for now I will close #530
