v0.5.0 - The GTM execution layer

The GTM execution layer

v0.4.0 gave cowork-os a sales pipeline. v0.5.0 completes the stack upstream: deciding who to target, finding the right people and enriching them without wasting credits or damaging warm relationships.

This release connects two open-source skills:

  • gtm-engineering-outbound designs the system: ICP, signals, messaging, deliverability and review.
  • clay-prospecting executes it through the Clay MCP: targeted searches, waterfall enrichment, custom research and verified contact data.

The important change is not another prospecting tool. It is context-first execution.

Before spending a credit, the agent reads the company brain: ICP, decision log and existing lists. It filters before enriching, excludes people reachable through a warm introduction, and writes results back to files instead of leaving them inside a disposable chat.

What’s new

  • Added clay-prospecting to the cowork-os skill catalog.
  • Added gtm-engineering-outbound as its strategy layer.
  • Routed outbound, Clay and Smartlead requests through the strategy and execution pair.
  • Added a hard warm-path exclusion rule.
  • Added targeted contact search, asynchronous enrichment and custom research workflows.
  • Improved SEO and AI citation metadata across the repository.
  • Updated the plugin manifest and marketplace entry to 0.5.0.
