Fixes
- Mic capture recovers after a device switch mid-meeting. If your microphone goes silent during a session, for example when a Bluetooth headset connects and switches to HFP, OpenOats now rebuilds mic capture within a few seconds. If you follow the system default input, it falls back to another mic.
mic.cafalso keeps recording correctly when the input sample rate changes. (#737, fixes #736). Thanks to @dandaka for the detailed diagnosis and the fix. - Re-transcribe no longer stays greyed out. After a batch re-transcription finished, failed, or was cancelled by starting a new meeting, the Re-transcribe options stayed disabled until relaunch. They now become available again right away. (#743, fixes #742). Thanks to @GeorgFleig for the report.
- Dictation apps no longer trigger auto-recording. Mic use by Cloudless Voice, the Claude desktop app, the ChatGPT desktop app, Gemini for macOS, and Antigravity is now ignored by meeting detection. (#744, fixes #739). Thanks to @jibi-collab for logging the exact app IDs.
The Homebrew cask is also updated to 1.89.1 in this batch.
