OpenOats 1.74.5 — Past Meetings refresh and window stability fixes

Bug Fixes

• Past Meetings auto-refresh: The Past Meetings (Notes) window now refreshes automatically when batch transcription completes. Previously, the list didn't update because the session count didn't change — only the transcript content did. (#577)
• Window height stability: The main window no longer collapses to its minimum height when stopping a recording. User-set window height is now preserved across content layout changes. (#576)

Maintenance

• Bumps Homebrew cask to v1.74.4.
