Pause/resume recording (#531)
You can now temporarily pause all audio capture during a live session — both mic and system audio. Useful when someone says something you don't want captured, or during a break.
- New pause/play button in the control bar
- Orange "Paused" indicator when active
- Independent of mic mute — your mute state is preserved when you resume
- Health warnings are suppressed while paused
Homebrew cask
- Bumped to 1.68.6 (included in this release)
