- Cloud live segment diagnostics (#522): Added structured per-segment diagnostics for the cloud live transcription path. Each segment now records session ID, transcription model, backend, speaker, sample count/duration, elapsed time, result (success/empty/error), and normalized error classification. This improves debuggability when cloud transcription issues arise. — Thanks @kkarimi for the contribution.
