Live sidebar suggestions without Knowledge Base (#286)
- The real-time suggestion sidebar now generates transcript-based suggestions even when no Knowledge Base is configured or when KB content doesn't match the conversation
- Previously, the sidebar would show "Processing..." indefinitely without KB results — now it surfaces insights for questions and claims detected in the conversation
- KB-powered suggestions still take priority when available
Template editing (#300)
- User-created note templates can now be edited after creation (name, icon, and prompt)
- Previously, custom templates could only be deleted — editing required deleting and recreating
