Setup Wizard (#237)
First-run onboarding is now a guided setup wizard that detects your machine's capabilities and configures OpenOats for its first meeting. Choose transcript-only, notes, or full copilot mode — the wizard handles model selection, API key validation, and Ollama readiness so you're ready to go.
A "Re-run Setup Wizard" option is available in Settings for reconfiguring later.

Transcription Session Stability (#236)
- Transcription model is now locked for the lifetime of a session, preventing mid-session configuration drift
- Diarization gracefully degrades on feed failure instead of silently dropping speaker data
- Renamed settings keys are dual-written for downgrade compatibility
- Batch-complete notification copy aligned with "Re-transcription" terminology
