• Simplified header: Removed template picker and KB folder controls from main screen (KB is in Settings, template is chosen at note generation time)
• Past Meetings: Always accessible via header button or menu (⇧⌘M)
• Rename meetings: Right-click any session in the Notes sidebar to rename
• Delete meetings: Right-click to delete with confirmation dialog
