Change:

Fixed flickering when starting remote play.

Mode3:
Reduced memory usage:

• Game plugins are disabled.
• Downsample (even/odd) is force enabled.

Note:
Some Mode3 games may still not work with remote play due to memory constraints. Frame rate will be low regardless, around 7 FPS on Old 3DS.
