Change:
Lifted restriction for Old 3DS. You can now try to stream from Old 3DS at very low frame rate.
(Apparently extended memory games won't work due to memory requirement. Not sure why I included mode3 version for this..)
Slight improvement to delta encoding.
Added downsample methods.
