Changes:
No longer hang when sleeping/waking from sleep. You can now put the console in sleep mode while remote play is running. It will automatically resume streaming when the device resumes from sleep.
Rearranged menu options; added new option for controlling chroma subsampling for jpeg compression. Available options are YUV420 (default), YUV422, and YUV444.
Congestion control for Reliable Stream option.
New delta encoding method, requires reliable stream. Offers better image quality at lower bitrate. Caveat is that it may have slightly less stable frame time. Requires the latest NTRViewer-HR (v0.3.0.0)
