Fixes
- Fix settings changed on another system being reverted by the git vault sync
- Fix local directory sync deleting files in the sync directory that don't belong to XPipe
- Fix SSH connections with SessionType none in their options failing to start
- Fix child connections like shell environments or containers losing their parent connection after a vault sync
- Fix AOT error caused by an aggressive EDR causing errors during terminal launches
