chore(release): rehearse 0.33.0-rc.1 from the computer-use branch
A release candidate built from task/227 (PR #870) before it is merged, to
run the whole release pipeline on this round of computer use: drag and
held keys, whole applications with their menus, starting applications,
the clipboard and the entire screen, each behind its own switch, and
computer use in codeg-server, whose packages now carry
codeg-computer-helper. It is not on main and is not meant for general
use.
