chore(windows): MSI installer is unavailable in this release due to a Tauri bundler bug (tauri-apps/tauri#14681). Users who previously installed via MSI should manually uninstall the old version and reinstall using the NSIS installer (_x64-setup.exe / _arm64-setup.exe).
