Linux AppImage：备份和 Git 安装恢复正常 — 在 AppImage 里，「立即备份」以及从 Git 安装、更新 Skill 可能失败，报 Git HTTPS helper / libcurl 符号查找错误。原因是系统的 git 加载了 AppImage 自带的库。现在 Git 使用系统自己的库。感谢 @JonathanPitre（#539、#536）。
Windows 和 Linux：窗口顶部不再有空白条 — 为 macOS 窗口按钮预留的 28px 空白条，在 Windows 和 Linux 上也会出现在原生标题栏下方。现在只在 macOS 上保留。感谢 @YageGeng（#547）。

git_fetcher.rs 和 git_backup.rs 里两份相同的 git_command() 合并到 core/git_command.rs。Linux 上设置了 APPDIR 时，Git 子进程不再继承 LD_LIBRARY_PATH，应用自身的环境不变。新增的回归测试只在 Linux 上运行，而 Linux CI 只跑 cargo check。

Two fixes for Linux and Windows: backups and Git installs work again in the Linux AppImage, and Windows and Linux no longer show an empty strip at the top of the window.

Linux AppImage: backups and Git installs work again — In the AppImage, Back Up Now and installing or updating skills from Git could fail with a Git HTTPS helper / libcurl symbol lookup error. The system git was loading libraries bundled inside the AppImage. Git now runs with the system's own libraries. Thanks to @JonathanPitre (#539, #536).
Windows and Linux: no empty strip at the top of the window — A 28px band reserved for the macOS window buttons also appeared on Windows and Linux, just below the native title bar. It now appears only on macOS. Thanks to @YageGeng (#547).

The two identical git_command() helpers in git_fetcher.rs and git_backup.rs are now one, in core/git_command.rs. On Linux, when APPDIR is set, Git child processes no longer inherit LD_LIBRARY_PATH; the app's own environment is unchanged. The new regression test runs only on Linux, and the Linux CI job only runs cargo check.
