安装依赖不再被判为有更新 — 在本地导入技能的源目录里运行 npm install 或创建 Python venv，会被更新检查判为「有更新」。现在该检查会跳过 node_modules、.venv、venv（#502）。
Windows：Agent 路径统一分隔符显示 — 之前显示为 ~\.workbuddy/skills 这类混合形式；仅显示问题，实际目录一直正确（#495）。

跳过依赖目录只作用于更新检查的兜底比较，内容 hash 本身不变：部分修复流程会在 hash 一致时替换目录，否则会误删本地已安装的 node_modules。
两份 compactHomePath 合并到 src/utils.ts。

A batch of small fixes: preset switching, dark-mode diffs, collapsed agent icons, and a false "update available" after installing a skill's dependencies.

Choosing a preset while a skill's details are open now works — The detail panel stayed on top, so the click looked like it did nothing until a reload. Thanks to @GoodScholar (#491, #485).
Dark mode: the diff view is readable — Changed lines kept their light red/green backgrounds under near-white text. Thanks to @GoodScholar (#492, #488).
Agents hidden behind +N can be toggled — Clicking +N opened the skill's details instead; it now expands the row so every agent can be installed or removed. Thanks to @GoodScholar (#490, #441).
Installing dependencies no longer shows as an update — Running npm install or creating a Python venv in a locally imported skill's source made the update check offer an update. node_modules, .venv and venv are now looked past by that check (#502).
Windows: agent paths display with one separator style — Paths read like ~\.workbuddy/skills; display only, the folders were always correct (#495).

The dependency-folder skip is confined to the update check's tiebreaker. The content hash itself is unchanged, because repairs that replace a folder when hashes match would otherwise delete a locally installed node_modules.
The two copies of compactHomePath were merged into src/utils.ts.
