重启后同步状态保持一致 —— 把 skill 上传到中心库后重启应用，项目工作区的状态不再从「与中心一致」误变为「中心较新」。重建索引时若 skill 内容未变化，将保留原有时间戳（#244）。
断开 Git 备份 —— 设置 → Git 同步配置新增「断开备份」按钮，可清除本机的远程配置；本地技能和远端仓库数据均保留。此前删掉远端 URL 后重开设置又会回填（UI 会从 .git/config 反向写回），现在以保存的设置为唯一事实源（#260，同时解决 #108 中「配置无法重设」的问题）。
文案统一 —— 备份相关文案统一使用「技能库」页面的叫法（原为「我的 Skills」）。

新增 git_backup_remove_remote Tauri command：幂等删除 git origin 并清除保存的远端 URL 设置，部分失败后重试可收敛。
新增 2 个单元测试覆盖断开路径（删除 origin 幂等；对非 git 目录直接成功）。

A backup-trust patch: sync status no longer misreports "central is newer" after a restart, and the Git backup remote can now actually be disconnected.

Sync status stays consistent across restarts — Uploading a skill to the central library and restarting the app no longer flips the project-workspace status from "in sync" to "central is newer". Reindexing now preserves a skill's timestamp when its content is unchanged (#244).
Disconnect Git backup — Settings → Git Sync Configuration now has a Disconnect button that removes the remote configuration from this machine; local skills and the remote repository are kept. Previously a cleared remote URL always reappeared on reopen because the UI backfilled it from .git/config — the saved setting is now the single source of truth (#260, also resolves the "cannot reset configuration" part of #108).
Copy consistency — Backup-related copy now consistently refers to the "Library" page (previously "My Skills").

New git_backup_remove_remote Tauri command: idempotently removes the git origin and clears the saved remote URL setting, so a retry after a partial disconnect converges.
Two new unit tests cover the disconnect path (origin removal is idempotent; succeeds on a non-repo directory).
