Windows 链接模式救场版本：当 Windows 阻止创建符号链接时（无管理员权限、未开启开发者模式），skill 现在会以目录联接（junction）方式同步，不再静默退化为全量复制。同时新增 CI 任务，在 macOS 和 Windows 上真正运行 Rust 测试套件。

Windows 上无需开发者模式即可使用符号链接模式 —— 在 Windows 上创建真正的符号链接需要管理员权限或开启开发者模式，因此对大多数用户来说，「符号链接」同步模式实际上一直在静默退化为把每个 skill 完整复制到各个 agent 目录，大体积 skill 会迅速占满磁盘。现在当符号链接创建失败时，Skills Manager 会改为创建目录联接（junction）—— junction 在本地 NTFS 卷上不需要任何特权，并且和符号链接一样与中央库保持实时联动。全量复制仅作为最后兜底保留，例如 WSL 目标路径（\\wsl.localhost\...），Windows 用户态无法对其建立链接（#126、#38）。注意：此前已退化为复制的目标不会自动转换，手动触发一次重新同步（或更新该 skill）即可切换为 junction。
Windows 上悬空目录链接现在可以正确移除 —— 删除一个所指源目录已被移除的目录符号链接/junction，此前会静默失败并留下损坏的链接；现在移除操作根据链接自身的元数据判断类型，不再跟随链接解析。

新增 Test CI workflow：凡涉及 src-tauri/ 的 push/PR 都会在 macOS 和 Windows 上运行 cargo test，cfg(windows) 代码路径（符号链接/junction 同步与移除）终于有了自动化覆盖；并通过 taskkill vctip.exe 步骤避免 Windows 任务结束时缓存保存间歇性失败。
skill 内容哈希在 Windows 上也改用 / 作为路径分隔符，相同内容在各平台得到一致的哈希值；Windows 上已存的哈希会在下次同步时重新计算一次。
修复 pull 冲突 git 测试：将裸仓库的初始分支固定为 main —— CI runner 没有全局 init.defaultBranch 配置，导致克隆出的仓库停在未诞生分支上，该测试在开发机以外的环境必然失败。

A Windows link-mode rescue release: when Windows blocks symlink creation (no admin rights, Developer Mode off), skills now sync as directory junctions instead of silently degrading to full copies. Also adds a CI job that finally runs the Rust test suite on macOS and Windows.

Symlink mode now works on Windows without Developer Mode — Creating real symlinks on Windows requires admin rights or Developer Mode, so for most users the "symlink" sync mode silently fell back to copying every skill into each agent's folder, ballooning disk usage for large skills. When a symlink cannot be created, Skills Manager now creates a directory junction instead — junctions need no privilege on local NTFS volumes and stay live-linked to the central library exactly like symlinks. Full copy remains only as the last resort, e.g. for WSL targets (\\wsl.localhost\...), which Windows cannot link to from user mode (#126, #38). Note: targets that already degraded to copies are not converted automatically — trigger a manual re-sync (or update the skill) to switch them to junctions.
Dangling directory links are now removed correctly on Windows — Deleting a synced skill whose directory symlink/junction pointed at an already-removed source used to fail silently and leave a broken link behind; removal now classifies links by their own metadata instead of following them.

New Test CI workflow runs cargo test on macOS and Windows for every push/PR touching src-tauri/, so cfg(windows) code paths (symlink/junction sync, removal) are finally exercised automatically; a taskkill vctip.exe step keeps the Windows post-job cache save from flaking.
Skill content hashes now use / path separators on Windows too, so identical skill content hashes identically across platforms; existing Windows hashes recompute once on next sync.
Fixed the pull-conflict git test to pin the bare remote's initial branch to main — CI runners have no global init.defaultBranch, which left the cloned repo on an unborn branch and broke the test everywhere except dev machines.
