用户可见更新
- 技能库卡片状态指示 —— 移除每张 Skill 卡片左上角的小圆圈。该圆圈表达的「至少已同步到某个 Agent」与左侧绿色竖边表达的「属于当前 Preset」混在一起，容易让用户误解；每个 Agent 的同步状态仍可在卡片右下角的 Agent 图标处看到。
- 设置页 Agent 开关更显眼 —— 每个 Agent 旁的小图标已替换为 macOS 风格的开关（绿色 = 已启用，灰色 = 已禁用）。此前的图标看起来像一个状态标识，导致用户不知道可以点击它来启用或禁用 Agent。

Release Overview
- This release cleans up two confusing status indicators so the Library cards and Settings agent toggle are readable at a glance.
User-facing
- Library card status indicator — Removed the small circle in the top-left of each Library skill card. It conflated "synced to any agent" with preset membership, which the green left border already shows; per-agent sync status remains in the bottom-right agent dots.
- Discoverable agent toggle in Settings — The tiny status icon next to each agent has been replaced with a macOS-style switch (green = enabled, gray = disabled). The previous icon looked like a status badge, so users didn't realize they could click it to enable or disable an agent.
