- Add from Library sheet — In any workspace, click + Add Skills to open a unified picker: search your central library, toggle target agents with always-visible chips (with select-all / clear shortcuts), and batch-add multiple skills in one click.
- Untagged filter pill in the Library tag-filter row to quickly surface skills that haven't been tagged yet.
- Delete from agent cards — In Global Workspace, skills that only live inside an agent's directory (not linked from the central library) can now be deleted right from the card. In Project Workspaces the per-card delete button is always visible instead of hover-only.
- Activity log bundled with Export Logs — Install / remove / update / sync operations are recorded locally, and Settings → Export Logs now packages them together with recent log files into a single zip — much easier to attach when filing an issue.
- Startup timing diagnostics added to logs to help track down slow Windows launches (#153).

- Dashboard refocused on library-wide state — The hero replaces the old "Current Preset: …" framing with total library skills, sync coverage, and the actual count of installed-and-enabled agents. Recent activity now pulls from all managed skills.
- Faster Copy-mode sync — Skip the per-file rewrite when the source hash hasn't changed; large libraries (especially on Windows) now resync noticeably faster (#153).
Fixed
- Global Workspace agent reload could get stuck — A stale "loaded agent" reference is now cleared on cleanup so switching agents always re-fetches.
- Project Workspace skill toggles behave more reliably after changing the target agent set.
