- Agent-friendly CLI (
skills-manager-cli) to operate on the skills repo without opening the desktop app — list, inspect, and export skills; preview and apply scenarios; run git backup commands. Supports--jsonfor scripting and--skills-rootto point at any cloned skills checkout. Install withnpm run cli:install.
Fixed
- Git Backup: cloning a remote skills repository on Windows no longer fails — the repo lock has been moved outside the skills directory so the clone target can be empty when needed.
- CLI:
--skills-rootno longer writesskills-manager.dband other manager state into the parent directory of the cloned skills repo. Per-checkout state now lives under~/.skills-manager/external/, namespaced by the canonical path of the skills root.

- Git 备份：Windows 下克隆远端 skills 仓库不再因仓库锁阻塞而失败 —— 锁文件已移到 skills 目录之外，克隆目标可以保持空目录。
- CLI：
--skills-root不再把skills-manager.db等管理状态写到 skills 目录的父级，每个外部目录的状态现在统一放在~/.skills-manager/external/下，按 skills 根目录的规范化路径分目录隔离。
