This release is a bug fix release for the 1.7 stable series. If you are upgrading from 1.4 or 1.6 please refer to the 1.7.0 release for a detailed list of changes.

The 1.7.9 Xibo for Windows Player should be used with this release - MSI attached below.
Update
This release was updated with a new Windows Player MSI on the 12/OCT/2016 @ 15:28 GMT+1. The update fixes issues with:
- Missing icons after an upgrade
- Incorrect watchdog restart time
- Playing PPT files before they are downloaded.
