#1792 inView goes by the document's scroll-padding-top and scroll-padding-bottom (in pixels or percent), as scrollIntoView already does, so a caret under a fixed bar on such a page is scrolled into view. Thanks @brendon.
#1790 A digit key held with Shift is matched by its key code, so the list shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+7, Ctrl+Shift+8) work on Windows, where Shift sends the symbol as the key. A hotkey registered on the shifted symbol itself (ctrl+shift+&) now has to be written with the digit. Thanks @brendon.
#1796 insertNode removes the invisible character left beside an inserted block (hr, table, list), which showed as an empty line until the next clean-up. Thanks @brendon.
#1788 The font size select shows the editor's own size until there is a selection, and keeps the size of the last selection after it is gone, as the font select does. The icon button stays unpressed without a selection. Thanks @brendon.
