For desktop: Reduce nearly 9MB disk size and 40MB memory usage.
For Android: Increase 2MB disk size and 20MB memory usage.

The hard-code Clash mode is only for showing of the dashboard Clash mode feature. Replace it with built-in and default disabled rule.
