• make profile selection section collapsible
• add profile name indicator to section header
• add warning and lock if game is running to be above collapsible profile section
• move install/uninstall lsfg-vk button to bottom of plugin if all install requirements met to buy back some ui real estate
• removed some unneeded headers for lsfg-configuration section for more ui space
