• Format OtherName values as text for supported ASN.1 string types, or as tagged hex for other values. Resolve known object identifiers to names.
• Format EdiPartyName values with the party name and optional name assigner.
• Correct the issuer unique ID label and show its bit length. Omit absent IDs and handle IDs with unused bits without a panic.
• Escape control characters in general names in text output. Keep decoded values in JSON output.
• Remove the trailing colon from the last line of hex output when the byte count is an exact multiple of the line width.
