Updates the Windows installer for OBS Studio 33 and later.
- Installs the plugin in the supported ProgramData location, removing the legacy-location warning.
- Migrates the previous installer-managed copy from the OBS installation directory.
- Retains compatibility with OBS Studio 32 and earlier.
Close OBS Studio before installing. For manual installation, extract the plugin folder from the ZIP into C:\ProgramData\obs-studio\plugins.
