The patch is the main view. FoxSDR now opens on the patch page, which fills the window instead of floating over the receiver. The RECEIVER and PATCH keys at the top of the rail switch between it and the spectrum and waterfall, and FoxSDR remembers the one you used last. Showing the patch view starts nothing and no longer searches for radios; that happens when you open a Radio's device list or press "Look for radios".

A patch Radio can play an I/Q recording. Pick a 2-channel WAV from your recordings folder in a Radio's device list and it plays on a loop in real time. The recording sets the sample rate; set the Radio's frequency to the one it was recorded at. Several Radios can play different recordings at once, and with the Map part's five inputs you can put up to five sources on one map, so a patch can be built and tried without any hardware.

Plugins updated in the catalogue: AIS 1.0.2 labels ships on the map with their names, and APRS 1.0.2 draws a trail for a station that moves (such as a balloon) with the altitude it reports. Update them from the plugin store.

Tested with recordings, not live radios. The patch view and recording playback were verified with the signal generator and sample recordings; if something behaves differently with your radio, REPORT A BUG / DISLIKE reaches us directly.
