The plugin store's list can be reached and scrolled again. On a window of the size FoxSDR opens at, the plugin store opens a little smaller than the main window, and the three bands at its head - ADD ALL, the updates banner and the search / show / sort controls - filled all of it: the list of plugins was squeezed to less than one row, or pushed below the bottom edge of a pane that would not scroll, so there was no way to see the plugins at all. The list now always keeps room for at least two whole plugins, and when the window is too short for everything the store scrolls, with a scrollbar, instead of cutting the list off. On a window tall enough to show everything nothing changes.
What has and has not been checked. 136 tests pass on Windows and on a clean Linux clone. The new test builds the store exactly as the application does, fills it with a full catalogue at three window sizes, and turns the mouse wheel: before the fix the list could not be brought into view on the shorter two, after it the list comes into view and scrolls. The store was also opened in the real application at the default window size with the live catalogue. Nobody has yet scrolled it by hand on this build.
Also in this build: the publisher's public name in the licence notice and the installer is his nickname.
The Linux files are still in development. The Android alpha stays at 0.98.1-android.1.
