Zoom keys on every map. A + and a - now sit in the bottom-right corner of every map FoxSDR draws - the patch page's Map part and the aircraft, ship, APRS and satellite maps alike - so a touchpad or a tablet can zoom without a mouse wheel. "+" halves the view, "-" doubles it; the mouse wheel still zooms about the pointer as before.
One press does one thing. A press on a zoom key never pans the map, never selects a target and never answers "set RX from map". A key that cannot zoom any further goes dim and says so.
