A crash on displays that refuse a second OpenGL context, fixed. From a crash report on 0.99.0: on some graphics drivers FoxSDR cannot open a second window of its own, and since 0.96.1 it notices that and keeps every page inside the main window for the session. That part worked - the log says so - and nine seconds later the application crashed anyway. 0.96.1 made every window callback safe for a window that was never created, but missed two loops the window library's glue code runs by itself at the top of every frame, which still handed the missing window to GLFW. Both loops now skip it. The same fault is in 0.99.1.
This release also carries everything in 0.99.1, published an hour earlier: the SDRplay crash after a refused stop, and a tune the radio refuses because it is out of range now says why.
What has and has not been checked. 135 tests pass on Windows and on a clean Linux clone. The new test makes the display refusal happen through the glue code's own test seam and runs a frame with the refused window still listed; before the fix it dies with an access violation, the report's own signature, and after it passes. No machine here has a driver that really refuses, so the field is the final check.
The Linux files are still in development. The Android alpha stays at 0.98.1-android.1. The Microsoft Store copy trails this page while Microsoft certifies each update.
