A freeze from the crash reports, fixed. With an SDRplay RSP whose API service had stopped answering, stopping the radio was refused by the vendor library, and FoxSDR then closed the device to open another one. That close called the vendor library on the window's own thread with no way back, and the window froze. 0.97.0 already left a radio to the service once a control had been abandoned; it did not yet do so when the refusal came from stopping. It does now: a service that refuses to stop is treated as gone, and closing the device returns at once. Recovery is restarting the SDRplay API service and then FoxSDR.
Opening an audio device pauses the watchdog before the driver is called, not after. The order was a race the tests caught one run in ten; nothing a user would notice, fixed for good measure.
Linux builds of this version are attached as before, still marked in development: the fix above is in the Windows driver path, the audio change is shared.
