An SDRplay whose service has died can no longer freeze the window. When the SDRplay service on the machine stops answering, its API takes about five seconds to say so, and 0.96.2 waited that long on the window's own thread for a retune or a gain change. Every control on an RSP now waits one second at most; if the service does not answer, the radio is released with a plain sentence in the Source section telling you to restart the SDRplay API service and open the radio again. This is the same machine that produced the 0.95.0 and 0.96.1 reports, and this is the last of the three places it could stall FoxSDR.
No RSP is on the desk this was built on; the fix is proven against the fault's own shape in tests. Reports from RSP owners will be read closely.
